Enuresis and Encopresis - CLIENT TESTIMONIAL A Urologist from Children's Hospital originally referred us to Dr. DuHamel. Our daughter, who was 5 ½ years old at the time, refused to use the potty and was still in diapers. We were very concerned because she would be starting kindergarten in the fall. The therapist we had been seeing for nearly a year was not making any progress. We left our initial visit with Dr. DuHamel with a renewed sense of hope that we were going to make it through this situation after 2 ½ years of seeking help from others. We were actively involved each step of the way and learned a great deal about our daughter's behavior.
